Shipping Information

Due to the fragile nature of transporting live butterflies, only next day air shipping is used to reduce the transit time as much as possible. You must be available to receive the shipment the day prior to your event.

Each butterfly is fed and carefully placed inside our triangular boxes for their safety which protects them during transit. They are surrounded by soft padding and packaged in an insulated cooler with a cool-pack. The cool temperature combined with minimal light keeps the butterflies calm and naturally inactive during shipping.
