Guarantee

We guarantee a healthy delivery of butterflies and your shipment will include extras with your order in case you happen to have an expired butterfly. In most cases, our customers release more butterflies than they order!

Each butterfly is individually packaged in a special release box made of cardstock. Butterfly Wishes will not be responsible for loss due to mishandling of the shipment after delivery. You must be available to receive the shipment the day prior to your event. Butterfly Wishes is not responsible for packages left outside because the recipient was available to receive the shipment.

No refunds are given for cancellations due to poor weather for cancellations 5 days prior to your event. To have the most successful butterfly release, butterflies should be released outdoors, prior to sunset, and air temperature above 70 degrees.
